The incredibly broad range of the types of disputes involving businesses makes it difficult, if not impossible to generate a webpage with anything more than very basic and generic information.

Our attorneys have handled many types of “breach of contract” cases. In some cases, both parties to the dispute are companies, while in others one of the parties is an individual/consumer.

We have worked on many fraud cases, and cases brought under Oregon’s Unlawful Trade Practices Act (“UTPA”)¹. This experience includes numerous vehicle purchase­-related cases, involving both retail dealers, and wholesalers.

We have also worked on “collections” matters.
